From September 15 to October 15 is Hispanic and Latin Heritage Month and Disney World celebrates food, food and more.
We’ve already tried a burger cake and three limited time milks at Disney Springs, but there are so many other ways to celebrate this month. Recently, we checked out another of the ways Disney Springs celebrates this occasion.
Cilantro Urban Eatery returns to Disney Springs for Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month. This food truck, driven by Orlando chefs Juan Nessi and Carolina Medina, offers Mexican cuisine with fusion between Latin and American flavors.
Items available in the truck include Puerto Rican inspiration Burrito Boricua with roasted suckling pig, exclusive rice, black beans, bananas, rooster beak, cheese, chipotle mayo with corn potatoes and sauce per $ 13 and the Cochinita Pibil Tacos with Yucatan-style marinated anchovy pork, pickled red onion and habanero sauce in corn omelettes per $ 10.
Cilantro Urban Eatery will be available throughout Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month (September 15 to October 15). We’re up to date with the latest Disney news, so stay tuned as well.
