A very special Disney World guest came to Uh … Fly

Many Disney World attractions have pre-shows that introduce guests to the history and mechanics of the journey with fictional stories and characters.

Dr. Seeker of Dinosaur

Pre-presentation characters help set the tone for the travel experience and we’ve even ranked our favorites, such as Dr. Grant Seeker of Dinosaur at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Last week one of the the majority the notorious preshow characters have finally arrived … eh … riding the journey he’s been a part of since 2017, and shared his experience on Twitter.

At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the presentation for Avatar Flight of Passage, starring Dr. Stevens while greeting guests and trying to explain the process of linking the Avatar program to mount on a banshee. He is especially known for the famous line, “Once we do, you’ll be able to link to this avatar and, well, fly“.

Uhhhh …

Dr. Stevens is played by the actor David Danipour (@Downpour on Twitter), and FINALLY headed to Disney World for the first time to mount Flight of Passage. He … eh … flew!

Danipour thought the presentation was “eh … well,” and we’re very happy that he was finally able to see his famous line in person. Keep reading AllEars for more news on Disney World.
