Disney World food fans know this autumn is a good time to visit the parks. After all, this is when you can dine on a seemingly infinite number of selections from the EPCOT International Wine and Food Festival.
Today we are here to tell you that there is ANOTHER food and wine party and, better yet, is within walking distance of EPCOT.
This year Swan and Dolphin food and wine classic will take place on October 29 and October 30, but we were able to get it a first look at some of the food and drink options guests will be able to enjoy.
Some of the dishes that will be available during the Enogastronomic Classic include the Salmon with lemon pepper with charred broccoli, quinoa, Meyer lemon sauce from Picabu.
You can also test the file Beef slider from The source, which comes with a Hand-formed Angus beef pie, truffle aioli, smoked apple bacon and Roma tomato chutney.
Frida’s kitchen they will serve theirs croquettes, which is a Cheese ball and smoked ham fried with coriander cream.
Frida’s kitchen will also recover its elote, a Grilled sweet corn with chili powder, mayonnaise, Cotija cheese, green onion, lime.
Smokin ‘D’s will serve a variety of barbecue dishes, including the Smoked black pepper beef sin with Stewed greens, white corn spoon bread, caramelized Brussels sprouts, barbecue sauce with smoked tomato.
Do you want Italian cuisine? The Mill New York Trattoria will count on his Black Peppers Brandade Agnolotti, which comes served with Withered sweet onion, eggplant, tomato petals, crispy pancetta and Nduja vinaigrette.

For dessert, we tried a couple of sweets. The first is the German chocolate cake, which includes layers of a Hot chocolate brownie, coconut cream, caramelized pecans, toasted coconut and Fudge ice cream.
The second dessert is Bourbon apples, which comes with Caramelized apples, Bourbon vanilla ice cream, ganache whipped with caramel, almond pound cake and a crumble of honey granola.
When you are ready to wash these foods, there are some over 100 drinks to choose from!
