The Halloween season is in full swing at Disneyland Resort, with Oogie Boogie Bash taking over from Disney California Adventure on select nights, as well as not-so-terrifying decorations and treats for parks and resorts.
Speaking of resorts, there are many ways to get into the spooky spirit outside of Disneyland and California Adventure. In addition to fun activities like chasing Pluto’s pumpkin into the center of Disney, there are some special offers at all three Disneyland hotels.
Guests visiting Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will be pleased to know that Oogie Boogie has returned to the lobby. This sugary statue is made with 260 pounds of powdered sugar, 80 pounds of butter, 480 pounds of fondant and 380 eggs. Don’t worry, you won’t find any errors.
Nearby, Oogie Boogie, is the emerging bakery cart, which will also return for 2021. There, you’ll find an assortment of cookies, cakes, pastries, and even glasses of milk chocolate.
Looking for more Halloween decorations in hotels? Head to Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel to show off a special display with everyone’s favorite sea witch, Ursula. His tentacles have completely taken over the lobby!
And at the Disneyland Hotel, the main entrance now features art inspired by Haunted Mansion’s stretch room.
That’s not all! If you’re a nightly guest at any of the three Disneyland hotels on Sunday, Oct. 31, you and your family can participate in a special trick or treat event. This free activity will include a map of locations where children can cheat in ALL hotels.
We’ll be looking for more ways to celebrate Halloween this year at Disneyland Resort, so be sure to follow the latest news and updates from the happiest place on Earth.
