Since Disney World reopened, guests must book Park Pass reservations for the park they wish to visit.
While availability is changing all the time, changing a Park Pass reservation can be a total pain. When you want to change your Park Pass to a different park, you must cancel the reservation and then make a new one; this leaves the risk of not making any reservations during busy days. But now we wanted to point it out Disney World has recently changed the way Park Passes are modified.
We examined one of our upcoming park reservations on the Disney World website and realized there was a new option that says “Modify the reservation”. Previously, it just said “Cancel booking”.
We clicked on it and selected the reservation we wanted to modify …
… we selected the date on which we wanted to use our reservation on …
… we selected the park we wanted …
… and confirmed our modification. It was as easy as that!
While this feature makes it much easier to modify park reservations, we realized it was only available for a few days. We will continue to monitor it, but now you know what to do if you see this option in your My Disney Experience account.
With this feature, you can change the date or park on which you want to use the park reservation or both, which makes planning at Disney World much easier. We are always up to date with the latest Disney news and more. Stay tuned here for more information.
