Disney has had a lot of construction lately! From TRON: Lightcycle Run to the Monorail station at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, the last year has seen a lot of new construction and renovations.
Today we have noticed great progress in renovations at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
On our way to the Magic Kingdom, today we realized that the skin (which is the brown cloth they use to cover the building) is starting to be removed at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Higher levels have finally been revealed after months of construction and renovations, which include new ones Amazing-themed rooms.
We also noticed some changes around the Contemporary Resort, such as the tables at Joffrey’s location, Contemporary Grounds.
In addition, the elevators have a bright new design.
In other Contemporary Resort news, Steakhouse 71 is set to replace The Wave as a new dining option October 1st, which is also so Disney World 50th Anniversary!
