The great advantage of staying at Disney World’s new Swan Reserve Hotel

Disney recently announced that a new system would arrive at Disney World called Disney Genie.

This system includes three different parts: Genie, Genie + and Pay-Per-Ride. Disney Genie is a free addition to the Disney World app that can help you plan your day and more at Disney World. Genie + and Pay-Per-Ride are ways to pay to get to attractions and attractions without waiting in line. So what does this have to do with the new Swan Reserve hotel? We are here to tell you.

Customers can buy Genie + for $ 15 per ticket, per day. This allows you to book your place on most Disney World trips during your vacation. Some of the attractions included in the Genie + are Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Genie + will include more than 40 attractions and attractions at Disney World.

If customers purchase Genie +, they can make reservations for their first trip from 7:00 on the day of his visit. Guests receive unlimited bookings throughout the day, however it can only be done one at a time. Therefore, if you are booking a trip, you will have to wait until this booking passes before you can make the next one.

Selecting individual attractions, or paying per trip, is the way to skip the line at the most popular attractions. A couple of select trips to each Disney World park are not available with Genie +. If you want to skip the queues at these attractions (like Rise of the Resistance and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure), you can buy a paid travel pass. These tickets are purchased separately and the cost of each will vary depending on the time of year and the demand for the trip.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

Most guests can purchase these paid travel tickets starting when the park opens, so if EPCOT opens at 11am, guests can purchase a pass for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at 11am. But if you are staying at a Disney World hotel, you can make these reservations at 7:00, regardless of when the park opens. In this way, guests of the Disney World hotel could start with advantages in the most popular attractions of the parks.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure

Now we ask ourselves again: what has this got to do with the new Swan Reserve hotel? Technically the Swan reservation, like the Swan and Dolphin hotels, is not owned by Disney. But all three of these hotels (the Swan, Swan, and Dolphin Reserve) get most of the same benefits as Disney World hotels. This includes early booking time for the travel payment system.

Swan Reserve

Therefore, if you stay at the Swan Reserve when it opens in October 2021, you can make reservations for popular walks (via the pay-per-trip system) from 07:00 instead of when the park opens.

Swan Reserve

In addition to this benefit, Swan Reserve guests also enjoy many other Disney World hotel benefits Free Disney transportation and early entry to the theme park when it officially begins on October 1 (it will open gently even earlier).
With Early Theme Park Entry, all guests of the Disney World hotel (and guests of the Swan and Dolphin and Swan reservation) will be able to enter the theme parks half an hour before the official opening time.

Good morning Magic Kingdom!

Guests staying at the Swan Reserve can ALSO enjoy Extended night hours, which allows them stay a couple of hours after closing time at some Disney World theme parks on certain days. This benefit is only available to guests staying at Deluxe Disney World Resorts, but the swan reservation is included in the list of qualified hotels.

What is this new and magical hotel that offers you so many advantages? The Swan Reserve is a new Mariott-owned hotel that opens at Disney World in October 2021, according to its website. It is close to existing Swan and Dolphin hotels, close to EPCOTs and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Swan Reserve Room

Reservations are now open for the Swan Reserve, so you can book your place as soon as possible. While not Disney-themed, we believe that all the added benefits, in addition to the proximity to two Disney parks, make it a great choice for your next Disney World hotel. The only problem we see there now is that it just won’t open. The opening date has been delayed a couple of times, so we cross our fingers that the October opening will be blocked.
