The TouringPlans Park team can try many foods and drinks. From fast service sites to intermediate food and snack service, we try so many different foods to help keep the information on our site up to date. Sometimes food and drink are wonderful. Other times, not so much. But what is there really? Here are our top 3 food or drink options that the park team tested this week.
Disney pretzels are great in any way.
Yes, Mickey’s pretzels get all the love, but Simba’s pretzel at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is fantastic too. For me, this is the perfect breakfast: pretzel and cheese. A classic combination!
Chili Sauce to Nine Dragons
Nine Dragons in the Chinese EPCOT pavilion may not get too much attention, but there’s one thing our team agrees is amazing: the chili oil sauce. Whether you use it as a potsticker sauce or with a spoon on a bowl of spinach noodles, it’s a hit. The sauce has a slow, warm heat that doesn’t dominate and contrasts with the nicer sweet taste. Definitely try it when you visit Nine Dragons.
Steak at Space 220 is out of this world!
Space 220 opened this week and it was worth doing all the publicity. One of my favorite dishes I tried was the flat iron steak. It was half-rare and perfect. This was one of those times when Chrissy was so excited about the food that she said she forgot she was supposed to work and take pictures. The Coffee Space Rub gave each piece a beautiful high fire gap that seals in the fairness of quality meat cutting. So perfectly done.
