Great news! There will soon be many more entertainment deals coming back to the Walt Disney World Resort this fall. In fact, some have already returned.
On October 1, the morning show “Let the Magic Begin” returned, which takes place on the stage of Cinderella Castle. In addition, the ragtime pianist from Casey’s Corner has also returned to Main Street, USA. Moving on to EPCOT, several World Showcase performers have returned. Alberta Bound is in the Canada Pavilion, Sergio in the Italian Pavilion and Matsuriza’s Taiko drummers are back playing in the Japan Pavilion.
A nightly show will also return. Starting Nov. 7, guests will be able to watch “Disney Movie Magic” again at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The show celebrates the legacy of the Disney live-action film, and when this screening is resumed, it will feature a new sequence from the live-action version of “Mulan”. The “Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular” will also return to Disney Studios in Hollywood. The action-packed show returns on December 19th.
But this is not all! Live entertainment will also return to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In Asia, guests will be able to enjoy Chakranadi music again and Kora Tinga Tinga returns to the streets of Harambe in Africa. Guests will also be able to see the Tam Tam Drummers once again in Africa in early November.
Moving on to the resorts, the artists will also soon be strolling along Disney’s Boardwalk Resort’s boardwalk and, yes, Yehaa Bob will start again on October 14 at the River Roost Lounge at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside.
But we’ve all missed the characters, right? Having a chance to see Mickey and his friends has definitely been something people have been claiming the opportunity to do, once again. And soon you will be able to do it! Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. Guests will not be able to hug or get an autograph, but you will be able to have individualized time with some of your favorite characters and take some photos.
Guests will be able to see Disney princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall, in the Magic Kingdom. At Disney Studios Hollywood, you’ll soon find Minnie Mouse at Red Carpet Dreams and Disney Junior stars at Animation Courtyard. Finally, Mickey Mouse will once again be on stage at the Town Square Theater on Main Street, USA, where he will wear his new EARidescent look designed just for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World. These characters will welcome guests in November.
It’s so exciting to see so many live shows coming back soon! We’ll be sharing more entertainment updates here on the blog, so stay tuned!
