Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebrations may have just begun, but even MORE changes will arrive in the parks soon.
Turned on October 19th the new planning feature, Disney Genie, will be officially released at Disney World bringing THREE new services to the My Disney Experience app. We’ve been breaking down everything you need to know about Disney Genie (which is FREE) T) and the two services that will replace FastPass +, and we now have more details on which attractions will be considered individual attraction selection.
As a quick update, Selections of individual attractions will be the new way to “jump the line” at some of Disney World’s most popular attractions that are NOT included in Disney Genie +. But unlike FastPass +, to access these new Lightning Lanes (also known as old FastPass lanes), customers will have to pay an additional cost that they vary by date, attraction and park.
Previously we only knew a few attractions that could be considered selections of individual attractions, however today Disney announced the COMPLETE list of walks through the four parks. So here are the 8 attractions that will have a pay-per-trip option:
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
As for prices, it will change throughout the year, with prices rise at busiest times of the year and fall during the “low season.” But Disney has shared it when the service launches on Oct. 19, the maximum price will be $ 15 per person per trip.
And, more specifically, selections of individual attractions will cost $ 7 per person on the Everest expedition, $ 10 to $ 12 per person for the Seven Dwarfs mine train, $ 9 to $ 11 per person for the Ratatouille adventure. Remy and $ 15 per person for The Rise of Resistance.
Selections of individual attractions must be purchased on the day of your visit day guests will be able to start their reservations once they enter the park they are visiting and those staying at Disney World Resort hotels will be able to make their reservations from 7am.
And don’t forget that every guest will be limited to two selections of individual Lightning Lane attractions per day (NO per park)
