These three separate podcasts are now well-made for our audiences – from Spotify fans to employees to industry insiders – with important, relevant themes and episodes that are unique to each group. Those who are attractive to creators and the entertainment industry are often somewhat different from those who are consumer and lifestyle trends, as well as people from the business and finance communities. By turning Spotify: For the record In three shows –Spotify: For the record, Spotify: Mike Check, And Spotify: Discover it– We are able to capture stories and entertain our audiences in completely new ways.
“We want to tell stories in a way that is uniquely Spotify and probably not surprising to anyone. We believe audio provides the perfect medium,” said Spotify’s head of global communications. Dusty Jenkins. “As a company, we strive to bring creators and fans closer together and our podcasts take that ambition even further. By moving from a podcast into three sections with individual audiences, we can ensure that the stories we tell and the topics we cover are the ones that matter most to them.
