Walt Disney World publishes details of the 2021 holiday celebration

Holidays at Walt Disney World are usually full of seasonal events and more, but as it’s the 50th anniversary, wait until you hear all that is planned for the 2021 holiday celebrations.

DISNEY VERY MERRIEST AFTER HOURS IN THE MAGIC KINGDOM

The festive festivities begin at Magic Kingdom, with “Disney Very Merriest After Hours,” an event with independent entrance that will take place over 24 select nights from November 8 to December 21, 2021.

The event will feature a new stage show called “Mickey & Minnie’s Very Merry Memories,” which will take place on the Cinderella stage. It will include directions with Magic Kingdom’s classic holiday stage shows, including “Mickey’s Twas the Night Before Christmas,” “Celebrate the Season,” and “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration.”

Walt Disney World - Mickey's Once Upon a Christmasmate Parade

After hours, attendees can also enjoy the return of “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Christmas Parade” and “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks.” Other entertainment activities will include the Tinsel Club dance party in Tomorrowland and The Reindeer Wranglers party in Frontierland.

Some attractions include Jungle Cruise and Monster Inc. Laugh Floor will receive special holiday touches during the event and waiting times for all attractions will be reduced.

Also enjoy complimentary snacks such as ice cream novelties and popcorn, seasonal treats and select bottled beverages. Special holiday food and drinks can also be purchased.

Tickets are on sale and start at $ 169 plus taxes per person. Buy at disneyworld.disney.go.com.

Neil Patrick Harris: Candlelight procession at the EPCOT

TRADITIONS OF THE WORLD IN EPCOT

From November 26 to December 30, guests can enjoy the seasonal sights, sounds and flavors of the EPCOT International Holiday Festival presented by AdventHealth, where traditional traditions come to life through music, dance and historical heritage. of countries. of World Showcase.

The holiday cookie walk has also returned, as has the poignant Christmas story told every night by a celebrity narrator at the Processional Candlelight. Disney hasn’t released the list of narrators or the usual CP dining packs yet, but as soon as we find out, we’ll let you know.

Park entry is required and same day booking by EPCOT. The procession by candlelight is included with admission, but holiday food and drinks are additional.

Greetings from Sunset Seasons at Disney Studios Hollywood

GREETINGS AT SUNSET AT DISNEY’S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

Sunset Seasons Greetings returns to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where every magical holiday night transforms the famous Hollywood Tower Hotel into a variety of Disney holiday designs, from a Muppets gingerbread masterpiece to a snowy corner of Arendelle.

Speaking of Arendelle, “For the First Time Forever: A Frozen Celebration” will once again add a festive ending, with everyone’s favorite snowman, Olaf, and celebratory songs for the season.

And during the day, enjoy Santa Claus Merry Motorcade as you walk down Hollywood Boulevard.

All are included with entry to the park and booking on the same day.

MERRY MENAGERIE AL DISNE ANIMAL DE DISNEY

THE HAPPY MENAGERY IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM OF DISNEY

As part of this year’s juletide entertainment, Discovery Island at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will come to life with a “Merry Menagerie” of winter animals, which will come to life in the form of life-size hand-cut puppets.

Reindeer, foxes, polar bears, penguins and much more interact with guests, accompanied by serene musicians, as they create a whimsical display and playful atmosphere to enjoy guests of all ages.

Goofy, Chip ‘n’ Dale and other friends of the Disney character will also bring their own festive style to the Discovery River as they stroll through the jungle to the beat of the holidays.

And on nights when the park is open after dark, the Tree of Life awakens as a series of winter tales emerge from within that are complemented by a family-inspired, holiday-inspired musical score.

All are included with entry to the park and booking on the same day.

WALKING THROUGH THE CHRISTMAS TREE IN DISNEY SPRINGS

One of my favorite Disney vacation events, the Christmas Tree Stroll presented by AdventHealth, is back for 2021. This free nightly event has been expanded to include elaborately decorated Disney Christmas trees in the Disney Springs neighborhoods.

Festive decor and live holiday performances will also be found throughout Disney Springs, and at night, guests visiting downtown will experience a magical “snowfall”.

In addition, Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar is transformed into the Holiday Bar with festive food and artisanal cocktails to buy.

SANTA ARRIVES IN THE WORLD OF WALT DISNEY

If you think it’s not the holidays without Santa, you’ll find it all over Walt Disney World until December 24th (hey, tonight has a huge job).

In addition to the aforementioned Santa Claus Merry caravan at Disney Studios Hollywood, it will be at the Disney Animal Kingdom theme park, traveling across the Discovery River.

Santa will also be visiting Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT and Disney Springs, where guests will have individualized time to greet and share their Christmas wishes.
