Disneyland Resort cast members are amazed at the gift of the keepsake tag

During the reopening of Disneyland Resort, cast members received special tags labeled “Bringing Back the Magic” and to conclude this reopening period, eligible cast members received their special tag in a commemorative box. . * In addition to the cast. member name, the label is also stamped with the date of reopening of the complex on April 30, 2021.

Disneyland Ambassador Justin Rapp recently surprised a few cast members with his name tags to thank them for all their efforts and dedication to reopening the resort. For many cast members, this label symbolizes a hopeful new chapter in the resort’s history.

Joseph Romo, a member of the security cast, has been at Disneyland Resort for 12 years, but his role changed drastically when the resort closed. Joseph was part of a small team that kept the complex safe and secure when the theme parks were empty and the gates were closed.

“Having everyone back, having the teamwork we have, the management team we have and having the cast return the magic has been a wonderful experience,” Joseph said. “Words cannot describe emotions.”

For Linda Maglione, a member of the costume cast, returning to work has helped her regain a sense of normalcy and instilled in her a sense of purpose in understanding how her role has helped reopen the complex.

From keeping the magic during the closing to recovering the magic during the reopening and continuing to do it for our guests and for others every day, thank you to all the cast members for everything you do.
