Disney Springs is one of the best places to eat in all of Disney World!
There are excellent restaurants such as George Wine Bar, Raglan Road and Morimoto Asia, as well as plenty of shopping. One of our favorite places for some good southern food it’s Chef Art Smith’s return home. The restaurant is known for classics such as fried green tomatoes, chicken soup and balls, i his famous hummingbird cake. But, things are still improving at Homecomin ‘, because they have a lot of NEW menu items!
The restaurant posted on Facebook today about all of its new menu items that are now available! The first is a new snack – Gator bites!
These are tcrocodile tail end bites, battered by hand, lightly fried and served with remoulade and homemade hot sauce per $ 16

A new salad also entered the menu. The Hamilton has rosemary and mixed vegetables, heritage cherry tomatoes and pickled red onion released a blackberry vinaigrette. Then it ends with Tasso ham and lightly fried chopped cheese per $ 16.
A Florida Keys favorite is now on the menu: Snail soup! It is loaded with tender snail, tomatoes and vegetables with a spicy stitch per $ 14.
If you’re looking for fish, try the new one Catfish sandwich! This has a Crispy fried Gulf Coast catfish fillet topped with lettuce, tomato and remoulade sauce all served toasted Cuban bread per $ 19.
If you want something a little healthier, you can grab it Grilled chicken, which was previously on the menu, but has changed a bit! Now he has it two grilled chicken breasts served with a healthy potion of sliced avocado, succotash and a cup of snail soup per $ 27.
And, if you fancy a hearty meal, try the new and improved one Stewed short ribs. This fantastic “pot roast” is made for short boneless beef ribs slow cooking until they are tender fork. They are served creamy mashed potatoes with a demi-glace sauce, along with a side of succotash and a cheddar drop cookie per $ 37.
There are also some new cocktails on the menu, such as The British. The drink has Woodford Reserve Private Select Bourbon, dry vermouth, Luxardo cherry liqueur and chocolate bitters. It is an honor Britton Smith, an original Florida smuggler, by $ 16.
The other new drink on the menu is the Woodford Blues. This drink is Woodford Reserve Private Select Bourbon, homemade blueberry syrup, agave, a dash of lemon juice and a touch of lemon per $ 14.
And last but not least, there are now Flights with whiskey available on the menu! Homecomin ‘already has moon flights, but now you can try some of them whiskeys, bourbons and rye too. All flights are served with theirs author candied pecans and a spicy pickled juice hunter. Just ask your server for a whiskey menu!
