Happy Holidays, DFB Readers!
We have been enjoying seeing all the holiday decorations at Disney World, in addition to eating some holiday snacks, seeing some holiday products and living our best holiday life at Disney World. And now, we are at the first Disney Very Merriest After Hours Party!
The Very Merriest After Hours Party is an out-of-hours event select nights from tonight until December 21, 2021. The party offers plenty of exclusive holiday fun and entertainment, along with some special treats, fireworks, a stage show and a parade.
But how were the crowds tonight at the first party? Are the crowds small enough to make this event worthwhile? Or was it so busy that we still had to wait in long queues to ride attractions? Here is what we saw.
Entering the event sold out, there was a pretty large crowd waiting to enter!
For all the people who came to the event near its start, they were able to enjoy a special screening Disney charm, the last Magic Kingdom fireworks show to debut to celebrate the Disney World 50th Anniversary! The crowds were similar to your usual Disney Enchantment screening, with many people gathered on Main Street, USA.
If you’re looking for these exclusive Very Merriest delights, wait a few lines! It may take a while to get your snacks, so make sure you’re prepared for that.
In terms of entertainment, numerous crowds were formed for the debut of the new show, Mickey i Very happy memories of Minnie!
Similarly, people gathered for Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade, the exclusive out-of-hours parade to celebrate the holidays! Like the parades before, you may want to find a good place well in advance to have a good view of the parade.
We will continue to update this post as we explore the crowds tonight!
