All Disney titles were revealed on Disney + Day 2021

Yesterday throughout the day, Disney + posted news and previews of shows, movies, specials and more that hit the streamer, in honor of Disney + Day.

I’ve collected all the revealed Disney titles that will hit the streamer in 2022 and beyond. I will make summaries of Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and more in separate publications.

San Fransokyo’s favorite health buddy returns to Walt Disney Animation Studios ’first animated series,“ Baymax ”. It will begin playing exclusively at Disney + in the summer of 2022, and a first trailer was also released:

Based on Tim Federle’s book, “Better Nate Than Ever” was announced and will premiere at Disney + in the spring of 2022. The adventure comedy stars Aria Brooks, Joshua Bassett, Michelle Federer and stars in Rueby Wood as Nate, with Norbert Leo Butz and Lisa Kudrow.

Stars Gabrielle Union and Zach Braff announced that their reimagining of the successful family comedy will arrive at Disney + in March 2022.

I’m super excited about this one! John Mulaney and Andy Samberg, protagonists of the upcoming hybrid live-action / CG animated feature based on everyone’s favorite animated squirrels, unveiled the previous teaser art for the new Disney + streaming movie the spring of 2022.



In addition to the revelation of the title card, stars Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey shared that “Disenchanted,” the sequel to the hit movie “Enchanted,” will air exclusively on Disney + in the fall of 2022.

We had a double with the key art revelation for “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” by writer and producer Jeff Kinney. The animated adventure will begin airing on December 3, 2021 on Disney +

Then, Kinney announced that a second animated film from the book series “Diary of a Wimpy Kid”, called “Rodrick Rules”, will arrive at Disney + in 2022. Here is the title card that was also revealed :

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series

The third season of the show was announced and will follow its characters to camp to sleep during a summer of bonfires, romances and nights without a hitch.

Disney + revealed a first look at Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as The Sanderson Sisters in the upcoming sequel. You can read more about the casting “Hocus Pocus 2” here.

The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild

The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild

Simon Pegg returns as Buck in “The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild,” an entirely new film, which will be released on January 28, 2022 at Disney + featuring Buck, Crash and Eddie and a few new friends while they embark on a prehistoric mission to save the lost world from dinosaur domination. Here is the trailer that was released:

Inspired by the Disney animated classic, this story, directed by Robert Zemeckis, combines live action and visual effects and stars Tom Hanks, the Disney favorite, along with Cynthia Erivo, Luke Evans and the voices of Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Keegan. -Michael Key, and Lorraine Bracco. “Pinocchio” premieres at Disney + in the fall of 2022.

Disney + released the first trailer for “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder,” a new series based on the 2000 Disney Channel series. It features the original cast and executive producers, and begins airing in February 2022.

Set in the avant-garde subculture of New York City street sneakers, the music-driven high-energy film gives a genre twist to the fairy tale “Cinderella.” “Sneakerella” premieres exclusively at Disney + on February 18, 2022. Here is the first trailer:

Disney + announced a new live-action series, “The Spiderwick Chronicles,” a modern story about coming of age combined with a fantastic adventure from Paramount Television Studios and Disney’s new studio, 20th Television.

The series, based on the beloved and best-selling books, follows the Grace family — the twin brothers Jared and Simon, her sister Mallory, and mother Helen — as they move into their ruined ancestral home. They begin to unravel a dark mystery about their great-grandfather uncle who once discovered the secret and sometimes dangerous world of fairies.

In addition to the show’s announcement, the streamer revealed some very interesting artwork for the show, featuring Sprite, Goblin, Mulgarath and Unicorn:

Tiana - title card


Fans of “The Princess and the Frog” had a first look at the art of the upcoming music series that will be written and directed by Stella Meghie (“Photography”).

In the series, Tiana sets off on a new great adventure as the recently crowned Princess of Maldonia, but a call to her New Orleans past is not far behind. It will be broadcast sometime in 2023.

Zootopia +

Disney + revealed a first look at the animation of the upcoming short film series based on the hit film. This is a series of anthology-style shorts, focusing on some of the supporting actors in the original film, such as Flash the Sloth, Fru Fru, Gazzel’s supporting dancers and more. It hits the streamer sometime in 2022.
