We are always keeping track of all the construction that is going on around Disney World!
Recently, we’ve seen Disney remodel Mickey’s PhilharMagic exterior in the Magic Kingdom (and add a new scene!), Demolish an abandoned attraction in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and continue working on the next exciting journey, TRON: Lightcycle Run. But, there have also been some smaller projects underway and Today we have an update on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Holywood Studios!
In September, we realized The giant construction tarpaulins seem to wrap the guitar around the outside of the building that houses the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster. And, for the last two months, it has looked like this.
But, today the construction tarpaulins are gone and the roller coaster icon returns in all its splendor!
From what we can see, it hasn’t changed much with the guitar, so it has probably only received a few touches of paint and light maintenance. Here’s a quick comparison to help you remember what it was like before!
The ride has been in operation for the duration of the renovation, but we’re sure to be thrilled to welcome the oversized guitar when we put it back together! Of course, we’ll keep an eye out for more construction updates at Disney World, so be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for the latest news!
