If you’ve visited EPCOT recently, you probably already know that there have been a lot of changes in the park, and there will be more soon!
Disney has recently opened a new restaurant and two new stores here, and soon there will also be new attractions to visit. And, a project that many Disney fans look forward to is the new roller coaster, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Located in the new World Discovery, this indoor walk will take guests into the Marvel and universe we offer you the latest build update!
In October, we were able to contemplate the interior of the building walls during a monorail trip to EPCOT. From here, we could see that much of the area was still dirt, although some trees had been planted near what would one day be guest walkways.
And there really was no way to get back close to the next PLAY! Pavilion (which is the large golden dome at the far left).
But, much of this area has now been revealed! Recently, Disney has pushed back the building walls, so now you can see up close this great golden dome …
… and check out all the newly planted trees on the walkways.
It has really opened up the area near Mission: SPACE so there is more space to walk or take a break during the day.
But that doesn’t mean the construction is finished yet … there are still building walls closer to the new Guardians of the Galaxy attraction⁇
… I Equipment can still be seen from afar working outside the building.
Disney has shared it Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will open sometime in the summer of 2022, so it will be a little longer before you can see what’s inside. Of course, we will continue to monitor all progress, so stay tuned to AllEars for the latest news!
