VIDEO: Behind the scenes of the creation of Universal’s VelociCoaster!

Universal Orlando has many fun attractions to explore.
You can go to Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey to Hogwarts, jump into the water on The Incredible Hulk Coaster, or listen to music while in the sky on Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit! Universal’s latest thrill is the VelociCoaster inside Islands of Adventure. And now you can see how the roller coaster was made.
There’s a new special that shows you the backstage journey of creating VelociCoaster!

The creation of Jurassic World Velocicoaster The special is organized by Mario Lopez and takes a look at the development of Florida’s fastest and highest launch roller coaster in Florida.

The special shows the three-year development of the roller coaster, with everything from the idea and theme to the actual maneuvers of the trip. You can also see what the Universal Creative team needed to create VelociCoaster.

You can stream The creation of Jurassic World Velocicoaster right now on Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service.

For those who haven’t been to VelociCoaster yet, it’s a roller coaster that has 4,700 feet of runway, is 155 feet high and reaches speeds of 70 miles per hour.
