Last year, we missed a lot Processional by candlelight, which is one of the best parts of the EPCOT Festival Festival.
The event, which features a famous narrator telling the story of Christmas with the support of an orchestra and a live choir, is a must-see during the Disney World holidays. The Candlelight Processional returned to Disney World this year after a year of rest, but among the famous narrators, a fan favorite was missing: Neil Patrick Harris. And now the actor has commented that this year’s event should be missed and has commented on next year’s event.
Neil Patrick Harris used his Instagram to acknowledge that he misses the candlelight procession. In the post, he wrote, “Glad to be safe and sound at Funhouse Farm, but I have to admit I miss the @waltdisneyworld #candlelightprocessional right now.” Same, Neil, same, we miss you too!
It continued, “I hope this year is still great and I can’t wait to return in 2022.”
And that gives us hope for next year’s event to see it narrated again! We know the big Disney fan is Neil, and we love him for it!
In the meantime, however, we attended the first procession by candlelight this year, which was narrated by Auli’i Cravalho, the voice of Moana!
As we mentioned, if you are in Disney World for the holidays, you do NOT want to miss this beautiful tradition. And if you want to grab a good seat, be sure to take a look at the processional dining packages by candlelight at Disney World.
We will continue to cover ALL Disney news, so stay tuned for more!
