Can you believe it’s almost 2022 ?! A lot has happened at Disney World this year and we are still waiting for some things to come back after more than a year of closure. After months of waiting, Magic Kingdom celebrated its 50th anniversary, EPCOT introduced a new attraction and two parks premiered new nightly shows (Enchantment & Harmonious). But there’s always something new around the corner, and there’s also a lot to look forward to in 2022!
As we prepare for the New Year (from home or at Disney World), let’s look back on the month of December and reflect on ALL the new things we’ve learned!
1. Parking The trams are back

7. Another Disney Magical Express replacement service has been announced
As you may have heard, Disney’s free Magical Express service will no longer transport guests to and from the airport. Instead, guests will have to find a different way to get from Orlando International Airport to their hotel. We’ve evaluated all of the current options and weighed the pros and cons of each, and now it looks like guests will have ANOTHER option to consider.
It’s called the new themed bus experience The Sunshine Flyer (nice name, right?). Like Magical Express, buses will take guests from Orlando International Airport to their Disney World hotels. Tickets will cost $ 17 per adult and $ 12.50 per child for a one-way trip. Round trips cost $ 34 for adults and $ 25 for children. Children under 2 go free.
