All new menu items will arrive at the 2022 Arts Festival at Disney World

T less 7 days until International Arts Festival 2022 EPCOT officially begins!

This festival showcases artistic creations from the visual, performance and culinary disciplines. And today we are especially excited about the culinary arts, since We already have all the menus for this year’s festival! There are a lot of great dishes on these menus, but we are also looking at a few new items. Here’s a full list of all the NEW foods and drinks you can find at this year’s festival.

The craftsman’s yard – NEW!

Food:

• Roasted PEI mussels roasted with cast iron with sautéed tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs
• Roasted Steelhead omelette with parsley salad, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, capers and lemon aioli

Drinks:

• Wheat beer
• Chardonnay
• Pink
• Cabernet Sauvignon
• Flight of wine

Deco Delights – NEW!

Food:

• Dulce chocolate mousse with chocolate cream and dark chocolate truffle
• Decadent Valrhona Chocolate with Dark Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Brownie and Cassis Mousse
• Orange mousse with lemon pie and raspberry meringues

The deconstructed dish

Food:

• Deconstructed French Onion Soup: Beef Broth Ravioli, Gruyère Foam, Onion Bread Pudding and Onion Textures
• Deconstructed key lime cake: flexible key lime curd, key lime mousse, graham cracker cake and meringues (Wanderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine – Green)

Drinks:

• Fashion deconstructed apple pie: apple and cinnamon ice cream, apple cider with cinnamon, apple pie and streusel filling (non-alcoholic)

Donut Box – NEW!

Food:

• Vanilla Donut with Strawberry Sugar, Strawberry Ice Cream, Fresh Strawberries and Strawberry Ice Cream (Wanderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine – Pink)
• Inside Out Donut: Vanilla donut with Bavarian cream
• Chocolate-soaked donut with splashes of black and gold sugar and chocolate butter cream

The Hungry Artist

Food:

• Huarache Verde: Coriander Huarache with cochinita pibil, fresh pineapple and pickled onion
• Roast Beef: Roast Beef, Grilled Fresh Cheese, Fried Beans, Chives and Ranchera Sauce (We saw a similar article at the 2019 EPCOT Wine and Food Festival, but this updated dish is new to the Festival of the Arts! )

Goshiki – Japan

Food:

• Chicken Kushiage: battered and fried chicken with yum yum sauce and vegetables

Drinks:

• Niseko Flurry: sake, rum, cranberry juice, blue curacao and lime juice

Gourmet landscapes

Food:

• Blood orange stewed beet carpaccio with mustard vinaigrette, pickled mushrooms, golden beets and crostini (Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine – Red) (Herbal)
• Roasted Bone Marrow with Onion Jam, Pickled Mushrooms, Maché Lettuce and Bone Marrow Snow

The art of French cuisine – France

Food:

• Cold lobster mousseline, puff pastry with dill brioche: cold lobster mousse served with dill brioche

The art of food – Italy

Food:

• Ravioli alla Boscaiola: sweet sausage ravioli, mushrooms, caramelized onions and creamy Parmesan sauce (New)

Pastoral Palate

Food:

• Wild boar cassoulet with duck confit, ham corvette and wild boar sausage

Pop Eats

Food:

• Tomato soup with bacon, apple and grilled brie cheese
• Figment premium popcorn bowl with popcorn

Tangerine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina – Morocco

Food:

• Three-way carrots: grilled carrots with Berber spices, pickled carrots and carrot and ginger puree (vegetable based)
• Homemade Crispy Almond Phyllo Pockets with White Chocolate Pomegranate and Milk Chocolate Orange Pockets

Vibrant and alive

Food:

• Homemade sausage and potato pie with turmeric aioli and annatto aioli (Wanderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine – Yellow)
• Spicy Ajiaco soup with chicken seasoned with guajillo and tree chili, potato, avocado, corn and fresh cream (Gluten / wheat friendly)

Funnel Cakes (American Adventure)

Food:

• Cherry Blossom Funnel Cake: Chocolate Chip Funnel Cake Covered with Cherry Ice Cream, Rainbow Whipped Cream, Chocolate Chips and a Marrasquino Cherry

Provisioning port

Food:

• Gnocchi putin with braised beef in red wine, cottage cheese, basil and burrata

Drinks:

• Blood Orange Cosmo: Vodka with blood orange, blueberry and lime

The menus at Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company, The Painted Panda – China, The Artist’s Table and Refreshment Outpost only return items.
